At Impact Dog Crates, we want you and your canine companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in pristine, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
